Description
SPLIT-SECOND RESPONSE-This high-speed teletype, part of a state-wide Auto-Statis computer system, provides instant information on automobiles. Dispatcher Dean Ward, center, receives query from girl radio operators in contact with patrol cars, hands the query to Loretta McCracken, lower left, who feeds the question into the teletype and gets an answer from Sacramento.
