Best of all, it's free; State of New York. Department of Health; 1-800-542-2437. There are two other versions of this poster with the same title: [Spanish] and [French]. Poster is divided in two halves. The left part depicts racially mixed faces of the people placed in the heart shaped frame. The background color of the left half is green. The right part depicts shape of plus symbol with inscription: “ADAP plus”. The background color of the right half is blue.
