Text from negative sleeve: 586. Declez, Calif. May 13, 1900. Dad Smith, father of Dap Smith, who was pay roll clerk in the Supt's office S.P. at Los Angeles, Calif. We were hunting rab rabbits at Declez, Calif. He is on the station platform waiting for the train.
