Description
Access to this collection is generously supported by Arcadia funds. The negative sleeve incorrectly identifies H. H. West's daughters: Frances is at the far left, Elizabeth is in the middle of the group. Mary A. West (Mary Adelbert Teel West Shepard) was H. H. West's first wife and the mother of Elizabeth and Frances. Mrs. George M. West (Wilhelmina Lemberger West) was West's mother. Ade Bystle is Adolph Bystle (a cousin of Mary's) and Mrs. Bystle is probably Adolph's wife, Charlotte "Lottie" Bystle. William "Babe" Bystle was their son. Frances West, Adolph and Charlotte Bystle, Elizabeth West, William "Babe" Bystle, Wilhelmina West, and Mary West stand by cars in a forest. Ade smokes a cigar and holds a fishing pole. L to R: Elizabeth West, Ade Bystle, Mrs Bystle, Frances West, Babe Bystle, Mrs George M West, Mrs Mary A. West.
