H. H. West's daughter, Frances West (Frances Lucille West Wells) was not born until 1906, so the date of this photograph has been changed to about 1907, rather than about 1905.
Frances West sits at the top of the stairs in front of the West's beach cottage. She is in motion and her left side is slightly blurry. There is sand below and large windows and a door behind.
