Photograph of a guard holding his rifle while guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier (not in frame) in Arlington National Cemetery. A wide walkway stretches across the foreground on an upward angle back to the right. In the near distance, left-of-center, a guard stands in profile, facing right. He rests his rifle against his near shoulder. The guard stands at the end of a mat that extends to the right and out-of-frame. A stone balustrade stands behind him at left and stretches out-of-frame at left. Beyond the balustrade, trees stand in the background. Four punched holes line the upper right edge.
