Photograph of an Arlington National Cemetery directional sign standing in front of the Hemicycle near the Arlington Memorial Bridge entrance to the cemetery. A cemetery drive passes across the bottom edge. At its far edge, a curb retains a flat, grassy lawn. A sign is posted on the lawn at center; the sign reads, "TO LEE MANSION [right pointing arrow] TO TOMB OF UNKNOWN SOLDIER [left pointing arrow]." To the left of it, a sign reading "ROAD END," is attached to a stone post. Beyond the signage, the lawn stretches back towards the Hemicycle in the distance. The Hemicycle stands in partial view, extending across the image. The structure curves inward at right. Arched niches line the inside of the curve. A balustrade lines the perimeter of the building's roof terrace. Text from negative sleeve: 2370.
