Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2082: In response to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) December 28, 2005, Notice of Application Ready for Environmental Analysis, the Department of the Interior (Department) herewith files its preliminary terms, conditions, prescriptions and recommendations for the Klamath Hydroelectric Project The Department's filing includes introductory comment& and the following sections: Section A: Preliminary conditions for the protection and utilization of the Bureau of Land Management reservations pursuant to Section 4(e) of the Federal Power Act. Section B: Preliminary conditions for the protection and utilization of federal lands and facilities of the Bureau of Reclamation pursuant to Section 4(e) of the Federal Power Act. Section C: Preliminary fishway prescriptions of the Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service pursuant to Section 18 of the Federal Power Act. Section D: Fish and Wildlife Service recommendations to protect, mitigate damages to, and enhance fish and wildlife pursuant to Section 100) of the Federal Power Act, Section E: Recommendations submitted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Federal Power Act.
