Description
Ralph Gray, the "acorn planter," is shown on the stand on April 29, 1938, at the trial of Kynette and two fellow "spy squad" officers when he charged that Kynette called him and said, "You're next" after Raymond was bombed. Gray also testified that he saw Kynette sneak up to Raymond's car when it was parked downtown and try to force the doors.
