Ruthe Wood, the District Attorney's stenographer, who took down the statements of Earle E. Kynette, Roy J. Allen, and Fred Browne, police officers, after their arrest in the Raymond bombing case, on May 13, 1938, was to take the stand in the Kynette trial.
