Description
A cabinet card studio portrait of a Latino boy, John B. Readman, Riverside, California, USA, circa 1890s. The view shows the boy wearing a black suit with knee-length breeches, white sleeve collars and a white collar and front. He has on black boots and holds a cap in his left hand. His hair is very curly and appears to have been dressed with a least one ponytail. There are no further identifying marks, except the printed photographer's information at the bottom. With a missing upper left corner, extensive staining and soiling and rubbing, the condition is poor.
