Photograph caption dated April 22, 1958 reads "Shirley Brighton, 23, cashier for North Hollywood finance company, tried to help customer but man pulled out revolver said he wasn't kidding and demanded her money. She gave him $75 and he walked out of office unnoticed by other customers."
