A six-page speech that commemorates the 100th anniversary of the founding of Sacramento High School. The speech was given by Herman Phleger who was the Legal Adviser of the Department of State circa 1956. The typed speech remembers California at the time of the school's founding, the school when Phleger attended as a student, and the school it has now become in 1956.
