Description
Abstract of Title to all that certain piece parcel or lot of land situate in the County of Santa Clara State of California described as follows to wit Lots Numbered 20 and 21 and all that part of lots Numbered 18 and 19 situated North Westerly of the dividing line between said lot 21 and lot 22 prolonged in a North Easterly direction 371.80 feet more or less to Sunol Street as said Lots appear upon the map of the subsdivision of the Splivalo Tract made by Herrmann Bros. Surveyors and recorded in Book G (or 6?) of Maps page 73...
