Photograph caption dated May 5, 1964 reads, "In Los Angeles yesterday to address the Building Service Employes [sic] Union was Anthony J. Celebrezze, secretary of Health, Education and Welfare in the cabinet of President Lyndon B. Johnson." Celebrezze, spoke before union members at the Statler Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
