Description
Photograph of Shell Oil Company employees at work, showing two men standing in front of machinery, ca.1940. The two men in suits stand on the left, each with one leg up on the platform behind them. The man on the left leans his left arm over his raised knee while leaving his right hand in his pocket as he looks towards the ground. The man on the right shows his back to the foreground as he holds a clipboard toward the other man. They stand next to a wall of metal pipes which connect to what appear to be pots beneath them.
