Photograph caption dated August 14, 1957 reads, "Little D'Arcy McGee, son of new Valley councilman Pat McGee, fourth from left, cuts ribbon at Victory boulevard and Whiteoak avenue in Reseda as his two pals, Bobby Hammer and James Breen kneel in front taking part in ceremonies are, from left, motor officer L. J. Martin, Bert Mann, John Whitehead of Reseda Chamber; McGee, Donald D. Lorenzen, Sam Ball, Maurice Leech, L. A. Wilson and Ed Cox. Standing behind ribbon cutter is Lloyd Fuller. Ceremony opened boulevard from Whiteoak to Louise avenue."
