Description
The woman on the left wears a white dress with floor-length skirts, elbow-length sleeves, empire waist, and a high, ruffled neck. Over the dress she wears a long, white pinafore trimmed in ruffles. She wears elbow-length, buff-toned gloves and a pale blue hat with assorted pale blue trimmings around the crown. She holds a long-handled, pale blue parasol in her right hand, and the tip of one white shoe is visible below her skirts. The woman on the right wears a long, white dress with a ruffled hem. Over it she wears a pale purple empire waist pelisse coat with buttons down the front, a white sash, and white ruffles at the neck, cuffs, and curved, knee-length hem. Her hat is pale yellow, covered with feathers, and ties under her chin with a yellow bow. She wears short, buff gloves.
