Description
Members of the Police "Spy Squad," whose three fellow officers, Capt. Earle Kynette, Lieuts. Roy Allen and Fred Browne, are on trial charged with attempting to murder Harry Raymond by bombing, are shown on May 17, 1938, when they went to the trial. Left to right, in front, R. J. Emery, L. E. McDonald, Lieut. William L. Murphine, head of the squad; W. S. Jamison and H. J. Maples. In back, D. T. Phegley and Tom Jenkins. They may be called as witnesses when the officers' defense counsel opens its case.
