Photograph caption dated April 13, 1961 reads "Gary Metzger, 22, left and George Chang, 18, await company." The article partially reads "A rambling, two-story house on the southeast corner of Magnolia boulevard and Fulton avenue in Van Nuys is the center of a raging controversy today. The question is this: Is Chi Sigma Chi, a Valley College off-campus fraternity, occupying the house?"
