Description: "Sam Burns, center, adjusting his glasses, guides members of the Sacramento Convention and Visitors Bureau through the theater in Sacramento's new convention center. Burns, convention bureau manager, held the May meeting of the bureau at the convention center construction site to show progress being made. The new facility was originally slated for completion in August 1974, but the date has now been moved up to March 1974. [Standing next to Burns with back to camera is Vince Stanich]"
