Description
Connie and Roger begin the interview discussing how to prosper in a corporate setting, and the importance of other people in one’s own success. They proceed to talk about some of Rogers’s own success and fail stories, and the significance of learning from one’s mistakes, before moving on to discuss the importance of praise and sincere flattery in relationships with others. Connie and Roger proceed to talk about the value of listening, and Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
