Description
Photograph caption dated September 3, 1958 reads, "Photo shows torpedo room of the U.S.S. Nautilus display, which is part of the Westinghouse Exhibit at the Pacific Ocean Park in Santa Monica. Full scale compartments of the Nautilus have been reproduced in such realistic fashion that it was necessary to get Navy inspection before it could be opened to the public to be sure that no classified information is to be revealed. Left to right in the photo are seamen Truman Taylor and John O'Neill."
