Description
Contains moving images of four home movies spliced together. The first and second movies are a Railway & Locomotive Historical Society excursion on the Sierra Railroad. The train consists of double-headed steam locomotives. At Jamestown, CA, a brass band plays for the crowd. The third film shows an excursion starting out at the San Francisco Ferry Building, then features the ferryboat riding across the bay to Oakland. At the Oakland Mole, there are shots of steam action and switching. Finally, the film shows an excursion train with some inside shots of the hamburger grill car. The train reaches Klamath Falls where there is much activity. Returning, the film shows images of Dunsmuir, CA. Written on container/reel: WSF 200/54; Guido/Wacker;
