Description
Lease agreement with terms beginning January 1, 1938, ending December 31, 1938 for two parcels: 24 acres (Lots 3, 4, 8, and 9) of Block F, Dominguez Colony tract in Rancho San Pedro and 20.48 acres of the A. J. O de Guyer tract of Ranch San Pedro between Alameda Street and the Classification yard of the Los Angeles county Harbor Department. Yearly rent is $1,112. Additional verbiage is added relating to consent to sublet land and lessee's citizenship and the California Alien Land Act.
