Description
Connie and John begin the interview discussing the general differences between men and women operating in the workplace, and how both women and men can learn to interact successfully with the opposite sex. They proceed to discuss specific instances in which men and women misunderstand each other, and how to correct such situations, before moving on to talk about sexual harassment, stress, and problem-solving in the workplace. John then discusses how he raises his daughters to be more assertive, and Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
