Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2342: As requested in your January 31, 2005 letter, enclosed is PaeifiCorp's annual decommissioning progress report for the Condit Hydroelectric Project. PaeifiCorp submits six-month decommissioning status reports to FERC-DC. Enclosed are the most recent two Condit decommissioning status reports, dated April 4, 2006 and October 5, 2006. Each status report describes PaeifiCorp's and the settlement parties' progress with respect to the implementation of the Condit Settlement Agreement.
