First photograph caption dated July 8, 1960 reads, "Actor, Ramon Novarro, 61 star of silent screen in Municipal Court on drunk driving charge."; Second photograph caption dated April 1, 1962 reads, "Novarro today as he views yesterday." Novarro was arrested after he was involved in an accident at Sunland Blvd. and San Fernando Rd. on February 20, 1962; he was convicted of misdemeanor drunk driving on March 26, 1962.
