Description
Bill begins the interview discussing the actual nature of war reporting as background for novel about a bitter young war reporter who is extracting revenge against those who stole his work and derailed his career. Bill discusses that he wanted to portray, methodically and realistically, the bitter and cutthroat nature of the network news world based on his personal experience as a network news reporter. Bill also discusses his research methods (beyond personal experience) and his writing process.
