Stan Chambers discusses his autobiography, “KTLA’s News at Ten.” He begins by explaining that he was the KTLA news anchor for 60 years. He talks about his early life and how his mother worked as an actress in Hollywood to support her family. He says that he attended the University of Southern California after receiving funding from the G.I. Bill after World War II. Chambers discusses working at the radio and television stations at USC and how he eventually made it a permanent job. He ends the interview by talking about working with his wife, and spending time with his 11 children.
