Chart showing the total production of California oil fields for the years 1866-1935, as measured by billions of barrels. Some of the top producing areas in the state are: Coalinga, Long Beach, Midway Sunset, Santa Fe Springs, and Kern River. The chart, sponsored by the Federal Writers' Project, was drawn by D.C. Newmarch. Dated October 1936.
