Description
Sacramento resident Thomas Knox participated in the Vietnam War as a member of the United States Military. Philadelphia native Thomas Knox spent a stint in Vietnam, both as a platoon commander and as an S-2 (intelligence officer). He is the author of "Letters From Nam: A Family Memoir," a collection of missives depicting the dual experiences of two brothers fighting in the jungles of southeast Asia and their parents back home. Knox went on to practice law in the Sacramento area.
