A circa 1933 manual explaining the the National Industrial Recovery Act and the President's Reemployment Agreement, as well as the California Industrial Recovery Act. The National Industrial Recovery Act created codes to supervise Fair Trade and give the right of collective bargaining to laborers. The manual lists all the new codes and what the effect on wages will look like by occupation.
