Description
Profiles of human foreheads drawn from photographs, as shown at "Ken Gonzales-Day: Physiognomy and the Love of Mankind" at Steve Turner Contemporary in Los Angeles. In this series Gonzales-Day explores the physiognomatic theories of Johann Lavater, as well as the nature photographs of Ansel Adams and "Group f.64." Photograph shows "Of Difference."
