Description
The Valley to Vietnam series, produced by Sacramento Public Library, traces the arc of experience of Vietnam era veterans living in the Sacramento, California area. Cliff Threlkeld spent one tour of duty in Saigon as an engineer. In addition to Threlkeld's in-country experiences, this talk with Bob Tribe guides us from the late 1950s at Carmichael's El Camino High School to a pre-parkway American River to the icy Palouse of southeast Washington.
