Description: Lease describes agreement terms beginning January 1, 1942 ending December 31, 1942 for approximately twenty acres of land on the G. M. Dominguez allotment of Rancho San Pedro. Lease is subject to survey and "shall not be recorded or offered for record." The yearly rent on the lease is $500. Lease signed by Dominguez Estate Company and lessee. Lessee signature includes a Gardena address.
