Photograph caption dated July 23, 1959 reads, "'Pacoima stomp,' original tune composed and recorded for release on Rexie label by Four Carter Brothers of Pacoima, is accepted as official song of the Pacoima Community Fair July 29-Aug. 2 by the Chamber of Commerce. From left are Carter Brothers--Jerry, Jimmy, Roman, and Albert; their manager, Rex Stuart, and Mrs. Rossi Cutler, chamber director."
