Title supplied by cataloger. Mary Juliet O'Reilly O'Hildebrandt, once known as Mary Miles Minter, is seen leaving a courtroom after she lost her $350,000 invasion-of-privacy suit against Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS), Rod Serling, Mentholatum Co. and Van de Kamp's Bakeries. O'Hildebrandt claimed that Serling "placed her willfully in a context of murder" when he related her to the events preceding and surrounding the death of William Desmond Taylor on "Rod Serling's Wonderful World of Crime," which aired on February 15 and 21, 1970. Los Angeles Superior Judge Benjamin Landis declared the case a "nonsuit."
