Librarian Ralph Webb is shown teaching crafts to a group of children at the Lincoln Heights Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library (also known as the Northeast Branch). The branch was originally built with a $35,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie. Photo dated: Summer 1966.
