Mrs. Clinger, from her home at 19623 Lorne St., gives leadership to four section chairmen and block leaders who prepare for annual Red Cross fund campaign. Mrs. Clinger says she remembers that Red Cross aided her when she suffered polio attack six years ago and again when her son was born."
