Description
Astor writes about some sort of trouble with the law that either he or some of his friends are in. He talks of trials and such. Astor seems to be worried that a bill he wants to pass will get rejected. Pages 3 and 4 have remnants of red sealing wax. Page 4 is a self-cover with address.
