Dear Maragret:
I just wanted to say I was very pleased with the results of our June 25 dinner meeting. Your enthusiastic response and support are tremendously encouraging.
Before long you should be hearing from our Finance Chairman, Justin Dart, to discuss the program, plans and needs of the Committee for a Greater California. I know, and am grateful, that he and Holmes Tuttle, our Chairman, can count on your cooperation in achieving the objectives of the committee.
As I said at the meeting, I believe the work on which we’ve started is only partially completed and that we should see it through to make California an even brighter example of what can be accomplished by a conscientious citizenry.
Again, my thanks and best regards.
Sincerely,
Ron
RONALD REAGAN

This collection was transferred to Pepperdine Libraries Special Collections and Archives in 2016 from the Pepperdine School of Law, where it had been stored (presumably) since Margaret Brock's death in 1997. A second accession of materials was found in the Margaret Brock Conference Room in 2017 and subsequently transferred to Special Collections.
