Photograph was edited for publication purposes.; Photograph was also used for an article dated May 5, 1952.
Photograph caption dated March 28, 1952 reads, "Barbara Payton upsets Tone divorce move. Files own cross-complaint; 'Not interested in any Tom, Dick or Harry right now.'" Payton appeared in court to contest Franchot Tone's divorce suit against her, stating that she should be the one to file the suit instead.
