B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper saying that the itinerary for Hopper's Japan trip is attached. Inoue goes on to notify him that there are many divisions of MITI and asks that Hopper inform him of the division he wishes to call on. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "5" on the top, right corner.
