Description
Cheryl Henson discusses the book, “Jim Henson: The Works: The Art, the Magic, the Imagination," authored by Christopher Finch. Cheryl Henson, daughter of Jim Henson, starts by saying that her father began working on commercials and that the Rowlf character was made for the “Jimmy Dean Show.” Cheryl discusses some of Henson’s characters and how the term “Muppet” originated. She also talks about films starring her father’s characters. Henson's interview ends at the pause at the end of the video. Possibly broadcast in March 1995.
