Marpet, Van Nuys, left, president of the Southern California Coordinating Council of Women's American ORT, presents award to Alice Gilbert, director of International Programs for the Peace Corps, at the 13th annual Honor Roll Luncheon at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Looking on is Mrs. Joseph Shenfeld, luncheon chairman. Miss Gilbert, in accepting the humanitarian award for the Peace Corps, said that the Peace Corps receives its greatest support from the State of California."
