Photograph caption dated February 5, 1958 reads "Capt. Sewell Griggers, left, head of Sheriff's Aero Squadron, goes over flight plan before sending helicopter crew to replace 20 telephone poles by air in rugged San Gabriel Mountains above Chatsworth. Poles were burned during brush fire last summer which threatened Oat Mountain Nike missile facility. Conferring with Griggers are Bat. Chief George Brunton, center, and Chief R. W.
