Cancelled land lease for 19.81 acres of the Guadalupe M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro the west size of Lateral #23. Agreement begins May 1, 1934 and ends April 30, 1935 with a yearly rent of $495.25. Lease cancellation date is unknown; document is signed by George H. Hand, Chief Engineer and lessee.
