Part 2: Silent footage of student demonstration outside of Stanford University's Encina Hall; meeting at Watsonville City Hall to hear complaints from residents about bad housing, particularly with regard to Mexican-Americans (silent). Part 3: Silent footage of cadets receiving their pins/badges; Interview with Santa Clara County Sheriff Charles Prelsnik about newly formed cadet corps. Part 4: Sheriff's Office honors department veterans John Perussina and Francis Gilleran; reporter Bob Haulman continues his look at housing problems facing impoverished in Santa Clara County and talks to Eddie Sanchez about stereotyping in housing, the Mexican-American community.
