Photograph caption dated July 20, 1965 reads, "Kathleen Rogers from Van Nuys takes a healthy swing at softball, but misses yesterday during a league game between the 'Wows' and 'Fillies' of the Valleyettes League at Sepulveda Basin Recreation Center. Miss Rogers and her 'Wows' teammates finally conceded the game after falling 20 runs behind. Vicki Ball is catching for the Fillies."
